Something I would not post anywhere but here.
Again, because no one cares enough to read my LJ.

I grew up weak. Weak knees, weak resistance... even with weak heart and weak lungs.

More than ever, my weakness scares me. Palpitation for me is not a stranger. It comes by once in a while. But recently, I've been having it in such frequency that it does not seem normal anymore. My heartbeat count is growing. It gets a little hard to breathe sometimes. I palpitate at least twice a day.

It scares me.

Because I don't know what happening. Maybe my health (or lack of it) is catching up on me.

There was a season in high school when I would experience palpitations a lot. I suggest that you get more sleep, cut down on caffeine, and exercise. Run. Join marathons or fun runs. Or just walk more. If you don't think you can cut down on caffeine because you lack sleep, because you don't have time for sleep, I suggest that you reassess your schedule very carefully. I'm sure there are unimportant things that you can get rid of. Squeeze in your work there, so maybe you can get to bed earlier, and maybe you can wake up earlier as well to get some exercise. ;p

A lot of people I know are trying to get healthy now. Hehe.

Exercise. I should get that. I've been very very unhealthy. Haha. And yes, sleep. I barely get sleep. I'll take your suggestions. :)

Ate Nikki, I'm going to fix my application for UP soon. :)
